SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS: Users must be of age of majority or have consent for minors. No illegal/unauthorized use. No worms/viruses. Breach results in immediate termination.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS & PRICES: Prices subject to change without notice. Right to modify/discontinue Service at any time.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS/SERVICES: Some products available exclusively online. Returns/exchanges subject to Return Policy. Colors/images displayed as accurately as possible. Right to limit sales, quantities, change descriptions/pricing, discontinue products.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION: User agrees to indemnify Bluma Wellness LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY: Unlawful provisions severed; remaining provisions enforceable.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION: Obligations/liabilities survive termination. Either party may terminate at any time.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT: Entire agreement between user and Bluma Wellness LLC. Supersedes all prior agreements.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW: Governed by laws of the State of Florida, United States.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS: Right to update/change Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
