Processing Times: 2–3 business days for most items (handmade/hand-prepared). Longer during launches/promotions.
Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) — Domestic orders only. Rates by weight:
- 0–1 lb: $5.99
- 1–2 lbs: $7.99
- 2–5 lbs: $9.99
- 5–10 lbs: $14.99
- 10–20 lbs: $19.99
- 20–70 lbs: $35.00
Free Shipping: Orders $250+ get free Economy shipping (one way) within the U.S. Occasional promotions may offer free shipping via discount code. Customers responsible for return shipping.
Expedited Shipping: Not offered at this time.
International Shipping: Yes — worldwide shipping available. Free shipping offers generally do not apply to international orders unless expressly stated. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees (customer's responsibility).
Order Tracking: Confirmation email with tracking details sent once order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.
Address Accuracy: Verify shipping address at checkout. Not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors.
Handmade Items: Many items are handmade; may ship items together or separately.
