How to use
Shake gently before use. Adults: 1 full dropper (1 ml, about 20–30 drops) up to twice daily in 8 oz of tea or water. Children (11+): 10 drops up to twice daily in 8 oz of water. Avoid contact of dropper with skin or mouth. Do not exceed recommended dose.
